Free Wi-Fi LimeWharf is both a place for happenings and working. As such, Thomas Ermacora wanted to revive his restauranteur past and develop a canteen. The core idea is to explore what the future of canteen could be… a space which is alimentary in the true way and can surprise everyone with innovative ingredients and approaches to cooking for special catering events. During the day, starting in September, the Yard will offer a variety of simple things such as coffee and teas from around the world and fresh juices, but more importantly soups, salads and sandwiches that reflect the ambition of providing a healthy diet to residents and visitors of LimeWharf. Coming from a tradition of simple but fresh ingredients, Latin and Scandinavian staples will be revisited with a British and eclectic twist as our bright and talented chef will interpret somewhat ordinary dishes to make them both affordable and inspiring.
